Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a qualified RN for night-shift, PRN work in a 16-bed small-format hospital. The role centers on delivering high-acuity care with emphasis on cardiac management and respiratory support in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, telemedicine services and continue to ensure patient safety, privacy and quality care while supporting short-term stabilization and transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU required.
• Current state RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• PA-specific clearances (Act 33/Act 73) due before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic procedures.
• Collect samples and perform labs per policy and regulations.
• Conduct admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment for procedures and assist accordingly.
• Ensure care aligns with state nursing standards.
