Job summary

Emerus is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to perform patient assessments, planning, directing, and evaluating care for a day-shift position at our 22-bed Kelly facility. The role emphasizes age-appropriate nursing and collaboration with physicians to ensure safe, compassionate treatment.

Qualifications include an active RN license, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related areas, BLS and ACLS, with PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Follow physician's orders in delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per policy and regulatory standards.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment and supplies for procedures and treatments in the service area.
• Comply with hospital and BOARD-OF-NURSING standards.
