Job summary

Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks an RN for the Kelly location on a night shift (7p-7a). The nurse will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care across age groups, ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, maintaining privacy, infection control, collecting labs, admissions/discharges, and assisting with diagnostic procedures. Requires an Associate degree or nursing diploma and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state with no sanctions required
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred (ENPC substitution acceptable)

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care with advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician's orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in care delivery.
• Collect lab samples and perform testing per policies and COLA/CLIA rules.
• Manage admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment for procedures and assist others as needed.
• Comply with state nursing standards and facility policies.
