Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse for night-shift ICU/Telemetry duties in a small-format hospital setting. You will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care during 7pm–7am shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, solid cardiac infusion and rhythm interpretation skills, and the ability to support ventilated patients. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions, required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred; ENPC may substitute for PALS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care using advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Collect labs and perform tests per policies and regulations.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.
