Emerus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive nursing care for patients in a small-format hospital, with a day shift from 7am to 7pm. You will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or 2+ years in related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific nursing care.
• Follow physician's orders in delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures, and aseptic techniques.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment for diagnostics or treatments; assist others.
