• Communicates with interprofessional teams to support policies, standards, and risk management.
• Collaborates with medical staff to ensure quality plans of care and patient throughput.
• Manages scheduling and payroll coordination with Nurse Manager.
• Supports Magnet and Shared Governance programs and mentoring of colleagues.
