• Lead daily unit operations and serve as resource and role model.
• Maintain staffing and payroll coordination with Nurse Manager.
• Support Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives.
• Coordinate patient throughput and care plans across shifts.
• Mentor colleagues on Clinical Ladder program.
