Emerus is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse for PCU/Step-Down/Tele units on the night shift (7P–7A). This full-time role emphasizes high-acuity inpatient care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, current RN license, BLS/ACLS, and English fluency. Perks include night/weekend differentials and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state with no sanctions.
• 2+ years RN Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
• English fluency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Act 33/Act 73 clearances for PA candidates within the last 5 years or before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-specific nursing care using advanced clinical skills.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques in care delivery.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform tests per policies and CLIA/COLA.
• Administer admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for diagnostic or treatment procedures.
• Comply with state nursing practice standards and hospital policies.
