Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse for PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN to join a 16-bed hospital. Day shift, full-time with night/weekend differentials and benefits.

The ideal candidate will handle high-acuity inpatient care, cardiac management, and respiratory therapies in a fast-paced environment. Required: Associate’s degree or nursing diploma, Texas RN license, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related roles, BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred). English fluency and clearances required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients.
• Collect lab samples and perform testing per policy.
• Follow physician orders and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain patient privacy and infection control standards.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
