Job summary

Emerus is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN) for the Night shift (7P-7A) at a 20-bed small-format hospital. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care for higher-acuity inpatient units.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, strong cardiac rhythm interpretation, and proficiency with advanced respiratory therapies such as BiPAP and high-flow oxygen. Evening/weekend differential applies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
