Advocate Health seeks a Telemetry Technician to support the Progressive Care Unit by providing continuous telemetry monitoring and accurate documentation. This role is part-time and involves ensuring equipment operates correctly and rhythm changes are communicated promptly.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and the completion of a dysrhythmia course within the first week, with strong communication skills and basic computer abilities to support patient care and unit operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification / Registration / License: Successful completion of an approved dysrhythmia course during first week of hire and must pass dysrhythmia test during first week of orientation.
• Knowledge of various dysrhythmias
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
