Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an approved dysrhythmia course during first week of hire and must pass dysrhythmia test during first week of orientation.
• Knowledge of various dysrhythmias and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Establishes continuous telemetry monitoring and maintains documentation.
• Ensures monitoring equipment is functioning correctly.
• Communicates dysrhythmias or rhythm changes in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge and skills related to dysrhythmia monitoring.
