Qualifications

• BSN preferred or ADN/equivalent with California license.
• Current California Nursing license and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough nursing assessment and planning, with emphasis on patient/family needs.
• Document IPOC and communicate changes with physician and team using SBAR.
• Assist in discharge planning and care coordination with care managers.
• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Establish therapeutic patient relationships and lead daily rounds.
