Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in discharge planning and ensures a written teaching discharge plan.
• Assumes charge nurse functions as delegated by Nurse Manager.
• Completes daily patient classification and nursing documentation.
• Maintains IV care and documentation.
• Demonstrates proficiency with telemetry equipment and arrhythmia interpretation.
• Delivers patient care aligned with standards and policies.
