Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing or currently matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in discharge planning and documents a written teaching discharge plan.
• Assumes charge nurse functions as delegated by Nurse Manager.
• Completes daily patient classification and unit-based competencies.
• Demonstrates proficiency with phlebotomy, IV care, and vascular access.
