Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey seeks an RN for the 12.5 Specialty Float Tele position. The Telemetry Float Pool covers Coly Rectal, Medical/Surgical, CTICU Stepdown, Neuro Stepdown, and Heart Failure/Stroke units, offering diverse clinical exposure and a collaborative team environment.

Full-Time, 7p–8a, 12.5-hr shifts, 37.5 weekly hours, every other weekend. Requires NJ RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. Pay range $47.85–$60.60 per hour with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred BSN or currently matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care in telemetry and related units per standards and policy.
• Participates in discharge planning with written teaching for patients and families.
• Acts as charge nurse as delegated and assigns duties based on acuity and skills.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures patient safety and advocacy.

Education

Bachelor's or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (preferred) or currently matriculating
