Your job is simple to describe and takes real skill to do well: call leads, start conversations, find out whether we can help, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You are not cold-calling from a phone book. You will work agency-provided lead lists, past quotes, current client lists for cross-sell opportunities, and inbound inquiries.

We pay a steady base salary plus bonuses for appointments set and policies written from your calls. The more you dial and the better you connect, the more you make.

This is a great fit for someone who is upbeat, resilient, and organized. A call center veteran, a former server or retail lead who is great with people, or someone who just wants a Monday through Friday desk job with real earning upside. No insurance experience needed. Requirements

• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry
• Prior telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
