Qualifications

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily using provided leads and scripts.
• Ability to identify interest, gather basic information for quotes, and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Log calls, outcomes, and notes accurately in the agency system.
• Background check may be required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects, past quotes, and clients.
• Introduce the agency, qualify interest, and gather info for a quote.
• Schedule qualified appointments on the sales calendar.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up on warm leads.
• Log every call and outcome in the system with notes.
• Support follow-up calls, renewal reminders, and outreach campaigns.
