The Jack Herbst State Farm Agency is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to join our team in Beavercreek, OH. This role focuses on outbound calls, generating interest in our insurance products, and scheduling appointments for our licensed sales team.

The position is in-person, with WFH options once fully trained. We welcome applicants with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Job Description

The Jack Herbst State Farm Agency is looking for an energetic, motivated, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter / Telemarketer!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a positive attitude, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in our insurance products, and scheduling appointments for our licensed sales team.

This position is in person only. There is WFH capabilities once you're fully trained.

No insurance experience is necessary! We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
