A Quality Facility Services in Cleveland (OH) is seeking a Telemarketer to drive B2B leads and book appointments. This role offers office, hybrid, or remote options with an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

You will conduct high-volume outbound calls to decision-makers, nurture prospects across phone, email, text, and social channels, and hand off qualified opportunities to Outside Sales. Base pay up to $45k–$55k with uncapped commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of B2B cold calling or appointment setting experience.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity.

• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
• Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

• Engage prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
• Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
• Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales
