We're Hiring: Remote Part-Time B2B Appointment Setter
Company: Tek & Tel, LLC
Position: Part-Time Appointment Setter
Work Location: Remote-Work From Home
Schedule: Part-time, during U.S. business hours
About the Role
Tek & Tel helps B2B companies generate new business opportunities through outbound sales development, appointment setting, cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and lead intelligence.
We're looking for a confident, dependable, and motivated appointment setter who knows how to start conversations with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
This is a phone-focused B2B sales role. You must be comfortable speaking with strangers, navigating gatekeepers, handling objections professionally, and turning conversations into qualified sales meetings.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their results, communicates professionally, and understands that successful appointment setting is about quality conversations—not just the number of calls made.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted U.S. businesses.
- Speak with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
- Introduce our services clearly and confidently.
- Get past gatekeepers and identify the appropriate contact.
- Handle common objections naturally without sounding pushy or robotic.
- Ask relevant questions to identify potential interest and qualify prospects.
- Book qualified appointments directly onto the appropriate calendar.
- Confirm appointments and follow up when necessary to reduce no-shows.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM or tracking system.
- Follow established scripts and talking points while adapting naturally to the conversation.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Meet agreed activity, quality, and appointment-setting goals.
- Communicate regularly with management and report progress, challenges, and results.
Work-from-home setup
- Must have a quiet, professional home workspace with minimal background noise.
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Must have a dependable computer capable of running browser-based sales tools and CRM systems.
- Must have a quality USB or computer headset with a clear microphone.
- Must have a webcam for team meetings and training when required.
- Must have a backup plan for internet or power interruptions.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
- The ideal candidate sounds like a real person having a business conversation—not someone reading a script.
- Can confidently respond when a prospect says, "I'm busy," "Send me an email," or "We're not interested."

- An opportunity to grow with a company focused on B2B sales and business development.
