Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to include licensed therapists who serve diverse communities through telehealth and in-person sessions where available. We offer W-2 employment with operational support, flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, and an emphasis on authenticity and cultural responsiveness.

We seek clinicians who hold an active behavioral health license, provide evidence-based care, and understand how culture and lived experience influence

Qualifications

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more of the states listed below. They must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
