Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching in the United States is expanding its clinician team to provide telehealth and in-person therapy where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees with biweekly pay based on completed, billed sessions, and receive comprehensive administrative support.

We welcome licensed therapists who promote cultural humility, serve diverse communities, and maintain clinical autonomy within a collaborative practice. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Ability to work remotely and/or in telehealth settings.
• Access to HIPAA-compliant space and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and maintain licensure requirements.
