Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company delivering personalized care through an AI-native platform. We are hiring a full-time mental health provider to deliver specialized substance use disorder interventions within our member network via telehealth.

You will collaborate with medication managers, care navigators and peers to provide evidence-based therapy, assessments, and risk management across all stages of recovery. A licensed clinician with 2+ years of SUD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• 2+ years of post-licensed experience.
• Ability to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
• Comfort with technology and virtual/telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and inform treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans with appropriate levels of care and referrals.
• Support members across recovery stages through compassionate, recovery-oriented care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care.
• Monitor progress using measurement-based care and data-driven decisions.
• Provide safety planning and crisis intervention as needed.
• Complete required internal training and attend team meetings.
• Follow confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Review monthly projections and clinical outcomes to monitor quality care.
