Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a full-time mental health provider specializing in substance use disorders to serve its member network via telehealth. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and design ASAM-informed treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a flexible, technology-enabled environment, supporting adults across all stages of recovery.

Qualifications

2+ years of post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
Experience delivering evidence-based SUD treatments.
Comfort with telehealth and virtual care delivery.
Ability to manage an average caseload of ~30 sessions per week.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
Develop ASAM-informed person-centered treatment plans and referrals as needed.
Support members across recovery stages with compassionate, recovery-oriented care.
Collaborate with medication managers, navigators, and Peer Recovery Specialists.
Monitor progress with measurement-based care and adjust plans accordingly.
Provide safety planning and crisis intervention when appropriate.
Attend internal trainings and Clinical Team meetings.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
Review monthly projections and clinical outcomes to monitor quality care.
