Job summary

Spring Health is hiring a full-time mental health provider to deliver specialized substance use disorder interventions within our virtual care network. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.

The role requires an unrestricted license in PA, NY, TX, or CA and at least two years post-licensure experience. Telehealth competency and a 40-hour week are expected.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX or CA.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
• Ability to work a full 40 hour week and conduct telehealth sessions.
• Experience treating substance use disorders with evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and inform treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans with appropriate levels of care and referrals.
• Support recovery across stages of change with compassionate care.
• Collaborate with medication managers, navigators, and peer specialists.
• Monitor progress with measurement-based care and adjust plans.
• Provide counseling, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Attend internal training and Spring Health clinical team meetings.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality and ethics.
• Review projections, metrics, and outcomes to ensure quality care.
