Spring Health is a global mental health company offering AI-native support across self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, and medication management. We are hiring a full-time mental health provider to deliver specialized substance use disorder interventions within our member network via virtual care.

You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and monitor outcomes to improve care quality while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted psychotherapy license in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensed experience.
• Ability to work a full 40 hour work week.
• Comfort with technology and virtual/telehealth.
• Able to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
• At least two years of psychotherapy experience with substance use disorders.
• Trained in evidence-based SUD treatments including MI and CBT/relapse prevention.
• Comfortable with clients at all stages of change.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Develop person-centered treatment plans with ASAM-informed framework.
• Support members through all recovery stages with recovery-oriented care.
• Collaborate with Medication Managers, Care Navigators, and Peer Specialists.
• Monitor progress with measurement-based care and adjust plans.
• Provide mental health counseling, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Complete internal training and attend Clinical Team meetings.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality and ethics.
• Review monthly projections and outcomes to monitor quality of care.
