Spring Health in New York is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to provide specialized substance use disorder interventions to our member network via telehealth. The role requires 2+ years post-licensure, a 40-hour work week, and experience with MI/MET and CBT for SUD.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and monitor outcomes. You'll practice evidence-based therapies, maintain risk assessments, and contribute to a supportive, data-driven care environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of post-licensed psychotherapy experience.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week.
• Comfortable with virtual/telehealth delivery.
• Experience treating substance use disorders.
• Trained in MI/MET or CBT for SUD.

Mansioni

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans and referrals when needed.
• Support recovery across all stages with compassionate care.
• Collaborate with medication managers, navigators, and peers.
• Monitor progress using measurement-based care to adjust plans.
• Provide safety planning and crisis intervention when appropriate.
