Job summary

Spring Health in the United States is seeking a full-time licensed psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders within our AI-native care platform. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed plans, collaborate with care teams, and support members across all recovery stages in a telehealth setting.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted license in PA, NY, TX, or CA, have 2+ years of post-licensure experience, and be comfortable with a 40-hour week and

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• 2+ years of post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
• Comfort with telehealth/virtual care delivery.
• Experience treating substance use disorders with evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments for treatment planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans and referrals as needed.
• Support members across all stages of recovery.
• Collaborate with medication managers, navigators, and peer specialists.
• Monitor progress using measurement-based care and adjust plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed.
• Complete internal training and attend clinical team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
