Spring Health is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based therapy for adults with substance use disorders, including co-occurring conditions. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in a telehealth-capable role.

The position requires an unrestricted license (PA, NY, TX, or CA), 2+ years post-licensure, a 40-hour work week, and comfort with virtual care.

Competenze

• Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, NY, TX or CA.
• 2+ years of post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth.
• Maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Trained in evidence-based SUD treatment approaches (e.g., MI/MET, CBT for SUD, relapse prevention).
