Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, providers, and clinical teams across telehealth programs. You will support patient access, experience, telehealth operations, provider coordination, and program administration.

This role involves approximately 25% on-site presence, with collaboration to ensure timely case review and smooth operation of the Online Second Opinion and Remote Patient Monitoring programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end workflow for the Online Second Opinion Program.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, providers, and clinical teams during the second opinion process.
• Ensure medical records, lab results, imaging, and docs are uploaded for specialist review.
• Monitor program inboxes and triage inquiries; escalate issues as needed.
• Track patient cases and maintain accurate records for workflow efficiency and service quality.
• Support Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program through daily operations.
• Coordinate meetings and communications between providers and program stakeholders.
• Maintain provider lead lists, contact information, and program databases.
• Generate reports and monitor program metrics to support leads.
