Job summary

Providence is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator on a remote, on-call, variable shift basis. The role supports the Virtual Care & Digital Health (VCDH) team to ensure safe, timely telehealth delivery and seamless clinical workflows across multiple medical groups.

Collaboration with Medical Directors and leadership is essential to optimize provider engagement and patient access. Preferred candidates have Epic and CRM experience, plus 2 years in telehealth or digital health operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combo of education and experience (2 years healthcare experience in lieu of degree)
• 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical workflows and provider participation in telehealth
• Support real-time care delivery and address barriers to virtual care
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Service Line Leaders, and Provider Network Leadership to align telehealth services
