Job summary

Providence is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator - On Call, Remote, to support the Virtual Care & Digital Health (VCDH) team in delivering safe, timely telehealth care by coordinating provider participation and clinical workflows.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors and Provider Network Leadership across multiple medical groups to ensure seamless telehealth operations while upholding patient access, safety, and quality standards. This is a part-time, remote role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of the degree)
• 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience
• Experience with Epic and/or telehealth platforms, telephony systems, or CRM tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider participation and clinical workflows for telehealth services
• Support real-time care delivery and remove operational barriers to virtual care
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and Provider Network Leadership to engage providers across medical groups
