Job summary

Providence is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to support telehealth workflows, coordinate provider participation, and enable high-quality virtual care. This role bridges clinical care and digital operations, requiring collaboration with Medical Directors and care teams.

The position is part-time with remote/work-from-home options and offers benefits as part of Providence’s comprehensive package. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years healthcare experience in lieu of degree
• 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience
• Experience supporting providers/clinical teams in care delivery settings (preferred)
• 1 year of experience with Epic and/or telehealth platforms, telephony systems, and CRM tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider participation and telehealth workflow
• Support real-time care delivery and address operational barriers
• Engage with Medical Directors and Provider Network Leadership to align telehealth services
