Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking an Operations Coordinator-Telehealth, Affiliate Partners to coordinate telehealth panel management, schedule preventive and maintenance visits, and educate patients. This role improves access and continuity of care, collaborating with clinics to support telehealth services.

Based in California with a hybrid work arrangement, you will liaise between mobile services, patient navigation center, and clinic staff; manage provider schedules; and uphold HIPAA

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Knowledgeable about and experience with working in healthcare environment.
• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with computer programs, such as spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate panel management and telehealth appointment scheduling.
• Liaise between the mobile services program, patient navigation center, and clinic staff.
• Assist in opening/closing provider schedules and ensuring appropriate visit types.
• Support front-to-back office flow and patient communications.
• Provide education and resources to patients and caregivers.
