Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Telehealth Coordinator to manage and support the delivery of virtual healthcare services, ensuring efficient, high-quality care.

You will liaison between patients, providers, and admin teams, coordinate appointments, troubleshoot platforms, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate visit records. The role emphasizes strong communication and organization, with a focus on improving patient experience and workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or clinical coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy regulations, and telehealth compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments for patients and providers.
• Assist patients and providers in accessing and using telehealth platforms, including troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ensure telehealth sessions are conducted in compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate records of telehealth visits, including documentation, billing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline telehealth workflows and optimize patient experience.
• Train staff and providers on telehealth best practices, platform updates, and operational procedures.
• Monitor telehealth metrics, including utilization, patient satisfaction, and technical performance, and report findings to leadership.
• Assist in implementing telehealth policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with telehealth technology, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
