Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information and schedules.
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and acute changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication.
