Qualifications

• Experience creating policies that impact Telehealth.
• Experience with Quality, Outcomes and Data Collection.
• Ability to analyze key policies affecting telehealth.
• Identify data elements to support quality improvements.
• Draft organizational protocols and workflows for telehealth.
• Identify strategies to measure program success.
• Identify patient safety risks and mitigations.
• Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring technology incl EMRs.
• Experience communicating telehealth concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality assurance and peer reviews of telehealth programs.
• Meet with senior leadership monthly to review metrics and workflow.
• Lead case reviews with hospital partners and monitor outcomes.
• Triage and assign cases for virtual monitoring.
• Collaborate with nurses and leadership to ensure safety criteria.
• Maintain operational database and performance metrics.
• Provide training on telehealth workflows and documentation.
• Liaise with physicians, staff, and vendors on platforms.
• Observe patients remotely for status changes and safety.

Education

Bachelor's degree in health-related field
