MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team, offering flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person options where available. We seek licensed therapists who value cultural humility and serve diverse communities, with W-2 employment and clinical independence.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. Clinicians receive production-based compensation with biweekly pay and comprehensive operational support for credentialing, scheduling, and billing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Access to telehealth-ready space with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
