MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect the diverse communities we serve. We offer flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person sessions where available, with clinicians as direct employees (W-2) receiving operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

We seek licensed therapists who value cultural responsiveness, autonomy, and collaboration. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with compensation based on completed, billed sessions

Competenze

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more of the states listed below. They must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.

Mansioni

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements
