MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to provide flexible telehealth opportunities and in-person options where available. We value licensed therapists who deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while honoring cultural humility and serving diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in eligible states.
• Comfortable delivering telehealth and maintaining a HIPAA-compliant space.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Access to a personal computer with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
