Qualifications

• Experience and education as described above for entry‑level health technicians.
• Demonstrated knowledge of telehealth equipment and clinical workflows.
• Ability to communicate with the healthcare team and provide patient education.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day telehealth operations at the assigned site and remote locations.
• Prepare clinical environments and telemedicine equipment for examinations and treatment.
• Serve as telepresenter during clinical video telehealth encounters (CVT) and VA Video Connect.
• Monitor schedules for rooms, patients, technologies, and presenters to ensure efficient telehealth operations.
• Provide patient education and technical/administrative support for telehealth services.
• Schedule intra- and inter-facility telehealth appointments and maintain equipment.
