Responsibilities

• Coordinates, installs, maintains and manages telehealth technology inventory with Biomed and IT.
• Provides competency-based training on advanced telehealth technologies to patients, staff, and providers.
• Establishes standardized competency-based training for telehealth technology.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to improve telehealth processes.
• Develops reporting procedures, sampling techniques and measurements to identify weaknesses in telehealth work and procedures.
• Coordinates clinic setup and monitoring of workloads for telehealth patient and provider clinics, including resource-based scheduling.
• Supports complex telehealth programs requiring advanced technical skillsets.
• Ensures patient privacy and compliance with information security and privacy regulations in telehealth operations.
