Responsibilities

• Schedule telehealth appointments using an electronic scheduling system
• Obtain and document patient history and pertinent clinical information in the EMR
• Prepare the telehealth room and ensure equipment readiness
• Establish video conferencing connections between patient and provider sites
• Monitor and maintain the electronic schedule of rooms, patients, and presenters
• Administer patient satisfaction surveys
• Clean and perform minor maintenance of telehealth equipment
