MindCare Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Telehealth Care Navigation Coordinator (PRN) to support multiple sites by coordinating telemedicine appointments, documentation, and scheduling. This role requires coordinating with care teams and physicians, ensuring accurate reporting, billing compliance, and timely chart preparation across shifts including holidays.

Compensation is $25 per hour. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and company-observed holidays is essential to meet coverage

Qualifications

• Two+ years in practice administration (scheduling, billing, records).
• Experience with telehealth technology (video conferencing).
• Knowledge of medical service lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safe and effective clinical consultations.
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and reports to clients.
• Operate telemedicine platforms and EMR systems.
• Work with physicians and client staff on reporting and billing.
• Ensure timely chart prep and delivery of notes.
• Assist with informed consent and patient screening.
