The intern will work with the telehealth leadership team on strategic and operational improvement projects, with an executive mentor, leadership meetings and development workshops.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; degree will be verified.
• Completion of one year of a post-graduate degree program (preferably in Business, Public Health, or Health Services Administration).
• Demonstrated leadership ability and skills in critical thinking, strategic planning, analysis and systems thinking
• Demonstrated proficiency with business computer applications (i spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, databases)
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Spends time with senior leaders, department directors and managers to understand their environment and issues.
• Regularly attends Executive Council and Board meetings as appropriate.
• Selects and implements at least one project approved by supervisor.
• Assists with general administrative duties as they arise.
