Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and completion of one year of a post-graduate degree program (preferably in Business, Public Health, or Health Services Administration).
• Demonstrated leadership ability and skills in critical thinking, strategic planning, analysis and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated proficiency with business computer applications (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, databases).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a variety of projects supporting department and facility needs.
• Attends team/department meetings and shares knowledge and skills relevant to the meeting.
• Gains knowledge of department and facilities functions; may shadow various roles to understand their responsibilities.
• Works on assigned projects independently or in a team and ensures timely completion.
• Provides staff operational/clerical support as needed.
