Job summary

Cache Valley Electric is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for Teledata on large-scale data center projects. You will oversee teledata and low‑voltage work, including structured cabling, fiber optic systems, pathways, racks, cabinets, and commissioning support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecommunications or data center construction, proven field leadership of large crews, and the ability to coordinate with PMs, GCs, and multiple trades while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, structured cabling, low‑voltage, or related construction.
• Experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership for Teledata operations on large-scale data center projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation of structured cabling, fiber optic systems, copper cabling, pathways, racks, cabinets, and associated low‑voltage infrastructure.
• Lead field crews while maintaining productivity and accountability.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work activities based on schedules, milestones, manpower, and site conditions.
• Develop short‑term look‑ahead plans and communicate needs to project leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation requirements to meet project requirements.
• Monitor labor productivity and adjust resources as needed.
• Promote and enforce CVE safety standards on the job site.
