Job summary

Cache Valley Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead teledata, telecommunications & fiber optic infrastructure projects from estimation to closeout. You will plan, schedule, budget, procure, and coordinate with owners, contractors and field personnel to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and low-voltage technologies, and proven leadership in delivering complex data center and telecom builds.

Qualifications

• Experience with structured cabling systems and fiber optic networks.
• Knowledge of copper cabling standards CAT5e/6/6A.
• Familiarity with fiber fusion splicing and termination techniques.
• Experience with fiber testing and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teledata, telecommunications & fiber optic projects from start to finish.
• Review plans, specs, schedules, and contracts for accuracy.
• Develop schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement plans and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, vendors and field teams.
• Oversee project safety, quality control, and turnover documentation.
