Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Project Superintendent to provide advanced leadership for large-scale data center construction. You will lead field operations across multiple sites, mentor senior field staff, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical projects, OSHA, and coordination with clients and contractors. This on-site position includes significant travel and opportunities to influence project

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction.
• At least 5 years in a superintendent role on mission-critical projects.
• Preferred OSHA 30-hour certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership across projects and enforce safety culture.
• Oversee field operations across multiple sites and large-scale data center projects.
• Develop and monitor Quality Control Programs to meet specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material logistics.
• Review schedules (short-term and long-term) and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Mentor Project and Assistant Superintendents; plan staffing and training.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and vendors for clear communication.
• Support commissioning, closeout, and handover activities.
